The Balearic Islands have established themselves as the hub of the most expensive homes around golf courses. In addition to Reial Golf de Bendinat, other luxury locations include Golf Club Ibiza in Santa Eulalia del Río, with prices reaching €8,033/m², and Golf d’Andratx in the Mallorcan town of Andratx, where the average price reaches €7,468/m². Also notable is the Arabella Golf Mallorca complex in Palma, which includes three courses in the exclusive Son Vida area: Golf Son Vida, Son Muntaner, and Son Quint, with prices around €7,447/m².

Madrid also makes an appearance, with Golf La Moraleja 1 in Alcobendas, where properties reach €6,040/m², making it one of the capital’s most prestigious and expensive neighborhoods.
